Creature Variants & Difficulty Scaling
In Hub de Vors: Temporada 3, creatures — including animals, mobs, and even some bosses can spawn with enhanced traits that affect their stats and behavior. These enhancements fall into two main categories: tier indicators and size variants.
As players progress through their worlds and begin leveling up, they’ll encounter increasingly powerful versions of mobs. Some creatures may spawn with a colored outline, which serves as a visual indicator of enhanced health and difficulty.
- Orange outline: Grants a 1.5× boost to health and damage.
- Red outline: Represents a tougher variant with a 2.5× increase to health and damage.
- Purple outline: Marks the rarest and most dangerous mobs, with a 5× increase to health and damage, greatly enhancing durability and threat level.
These outlined variants become more common as the player’s level increases. Orange and red mobs tend to appear more frequently during early to mid-game progression, while purple-tier mobs are extremely rare and typically only spawn once players reach the end-game stages. This scaling system ensures that the world evolves alongside the player, offering greater challenges as their strength grows.
In addition to tier indicators, some creatures may also spawn in alternate size-based forms:
- Beta variants are smaller and faster than their standard counterparts.
- Alpha variants are slightly larger, with increased health and damage output.
- Sigma variants are extremely large and slow-moving, but they deal massive damage and have high durability.
*The Outline and Size systems do not apply to NPC’s, Skyspire Bosses, or Wyverns.
Damage Indicators
Players gain access to a dynamic damage indicator that displays exactly how much damage they inflict on mobs with each strike. This system doesn’t just show numbers, it visually distinguishes between damage types using unique icons, giving players instant feedback on their combat effectiveness and status effects applied. Here's a breakdown of the effects you’ll encounter:

Multi: Multiplies total damage

Fire: Burns the target

Stun: Disables the target briefly

Dragonbane: Extra damage to dragons

Critical: Deals bonus damage

Poison: Damages over time

Wither: Applies decay damage

Lightning: Strikes with electricity

Freeze: Slows or freezes target
